I'd like the next President to: (a) find an end to the war (b) straighten out the budget so that richer people pay their fair share, and we cut down the deficit (c) strengthen the New Orleans levies to the level they should be (d) invest more resources in the space program (e) invest more resources in sincerely developing our own country's disaster plans (f) make sure Social Security is no longer raped (g) make sure the social programs many people need stay in place with the proper funding
If you notice, my focus is right here "at home" - we aren't very powerful if we're falling apart :)
